West Valley Mental Health Center
Call the Mental Health Unit at (208) 455-3777.
We offer inpatient mental health services for adult patients. Treatment is provided in a safe, secure and confidential setting.
We use a team approach to mental health treatment. The staff is composed of psychiatrists, clinical social workers, nurses, art therapists and psychiatric technicians. All of the medical specialists and the diagnostic technologies of our acute-care hospital are available to mental health patients.
Inpatient hospitalization is designed for people in need of short-term, acute mental health care. Treatment focuses on working through immediate problems, then developing new coping skills to continue life in a positive, healthy manner.
