Customer Service Handbook

The SCCMHA Customer Service Handbook has been prepared for you to provide important information about the services available to residents of Saginaw County, how to request services and about your rights and responsibilities as a customer of community mental health services. We believe it is important that customers of community mental health services have information available that will help them make informed choices about the services and supports they will receive.

Consumer Leadership Opportunities

In order to more effectively implement the principles of self-determination and make sure the consumer is at the center of everything we do, Saginaw County Community Mental Health Authority has a variety of opportunities for consumers to participate in leadership positions. We would ask that you consider one of them. The SCCMHA Consumer Leadership Brochure provides more information regarding available opportunities as well as an application for participation.
