West Oaks Hospital is one of few hospitals in the Houston area specializing in acute psychiatric treatment for kids under 12 years of age. We specialize in social learning models along with utilizing a token system that enhances positive behavioral actions.

For Youth between 12-17 years old, offering mental health and chemical dependency care. Again our social learning model and token system brings positive changes in behavior. We have after school programs at our outpatient facilities, located at three clinics around the Houston area.

West Oaks Hospital treats adults in immediate crisis, utilizing a systematic approach around social learning that enhances the overall outcomes for patients positively.

Adults struggling with substance abuse or addition problems can be detoxed and stabilized at the West Oaks Inpatient program.

The Oaks at West Oaks is a Residential Center for Chemical Dependency helping adults who need longer term treatment for addictions. We also have a Chemical Dependency Rehab Treatment program, which is designed for patients needing more intense supervision and care.

These substance abuse treatment programs offer group therapy, relapse prevention, family support, and education for adults struggling with mental health and addictions. Services are provided now at three locations: The Hornwood Clinic, The Excel Center in Katy, The Excel Center in Friendswood. Each location is conveniently located around the city of Houston.
